Ingredients:
5 1/2  c  Flour
2    Egg yolks
1  tb  Lemon juice
1  tb  Salt
1  lb  Pure lard
    Water

Directions:
Soften lard til room temperture. In large bowl, blend everything but lemon juice, water and yolks. Now into a 1 cup measuring cup add 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and then fill cup rest of way up to the 1 cup level with "cold" water. Stir this into dry ingredients. Blend well and cut into 6 sticks or roll into 6 or 7 balls. Can refrigerate 1 or 2 days, but should not freeze unless it has been rolled out and "lined" in individual pie shells. Stack with wax paper between each shell and freeze. Recipe by: Joann By Terry Pogue <tpogue@idsonline.com> on May 12, 1997
