Guiltfree Chocolate Cake With Silken Cocoa Frosting

    For the cake:
1 3/4  c  + 2 t. all-purpose flour
1/2  c  Unsweetened cocoa
1/2  tb  Baking soda
9  tb  Canola (or other vegetable
1 1/2  c  Sugar
1    Egg white
1 1/2  c  Nonfat milk
1 1/2  tb  White vinegar
1  t  Vanilla extract
    For the frosting:
2/3  c  Cocoa, sifted
1/2  c  Sugar
1/3  c  Cornstarch
1  c  Nonfat milk
1/2  ts  Vanilla extract
    For the fruit layer:
    Raspberries, sliced
    (or other seasonal berries
