Categories: Bars / Cookies / Desserts / Honey / Nuts

Ingredients:
2    Eggs, separated
2/3  cup  Honey
4  tablespoons  Nonfat Dry Milk
1/4  cup  Whole-Wheat Flour
1/4  teaspoon  Coriander
1/4  teaspoon  Nutmeg
1  teaspoon  Baking Powder
1  cup  Walnuts, or almonds, chopped
3/4  cup  Sesame seeds, Unhulled

Directions:
Beat egg yolks and honey together. Combine well the dry ingredients except nuts and seeds. Add to the honey mixture. Add the nuts and seeds and mix well. Beat egg whites until they hold stiff peaks, and fold into the dough. Spread batter in oiled 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350F in preheated oven. Cool in pan and then cut into bars.

A dense chewy cookie that offers a lot of food value and a not-so-sweet, nutty flavor.
