Ice Cream Cones

Ice Cream/Frozen Yogurt
Sift together dry ingredients. Add oil and egg whites; mix until smooth. Add water and vanilla. For each cone: pour about 1 1/2 tbsp batter onto hot, lightly greased skillet. Spread into 4-inch circle. Cook over low heat 4 minutes until lightly browned. Turn; cook one minute. Roll into cone shape. Secure with toothpick and cool on rack. Makes 8 to 10 cones.
