Ingredients: 4
cups
Confectioner's sugar 6
tablespoons
Butter 1/2
cup
Cocoa 1/4
cup
Milk 1
teaspoon
Vanilla 1
dash
Salt 1
cup
Chopped pecans,
optional
Directions:
In large microwave-safe bowl, place butter and milk. Microwave at High for 1-1/2 minutes until butter is melted. Stir in sugar, cocoa, vanilla and salt until smooth, then stir in nuts if desired. Spread mixture quickly in buttered 9 x 5 loaf pan. Cool; cut into squares.
