Brand Lime Flavor Gelatin 2

Boiling water 2
teaspoons
Grated lime peel 1/4
cup
Lime juice 1
pint
Vanilla ice cream,
softened

Packaged Graham Cracker
Crumb Crust
COOL WHIP Non-Dairy Whipped
Topping, thawed,
optional
Directions:
Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add lime peel and juice.
Spoon in ice-cream, stirring until melted and smooth. Chill until mixture will mound from spoon. Spoon gelatin mixture into crust. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes Chilling Time: 2 hours
