Lemon Meringue Pie (Low-cal)

1 1/2  cups  water
4  packets  Equal sweetener
4 1/2  teaspoons  cornstarch
2    eggs
1/3  cup  lemon juice
1    pie shell

4    egg whites
4  packets  Equal sweetener
1 1/2  teaspoons  cream of tartar

1. Cook water, 4 packets of Equal, eggs, and lemon juice in double boiler until thickened. Pour into pie shell.

2. To make meringue, beat until stiff egg whites, 4 packets of Equal, and cream of tartar. Top pie with meringue.

3. Bake 450F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
