Lo--cal Pie Crust

Ingredients:

2 egg whites

4 tablespoons milk powder

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 Pinch salt

3 packs Sweet'N Low

Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add remaining ingredients gradually. Continue beating until very stiff. Spread in 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 275 degrees for approximately 50 minutes. Cool.
