Margarita Pie - Weight Watchers Magazine

Ingredients:
4  cups  vanilla low-fat ice cream, softened
1/2  cup  thawed lemonade concentrate, undiluted
1/4  cup  tequila
2  tablespoons  Triple Sec
1  6 ounce  low-fat graham crumb cracker crust

Directions:
Freeze a glass or metal bowl for 30 minutes. Immediately add first 4 ingredients to bowl; stir well. Return to freezer for 30 minutes. Spoon partially frozen mixture into crust; cover. Freeze at least 4 hours. Yield: 8 servings. Selections: 1 B, 200 C. Per serving: Calories 270 (20 % from fat); Protein 4.1 g; fat 6.1 g (sat 3.0 g); Carbohydrates 42.6 g; Fiber 0.8 g; Cholesterol 10 mg; Iron 0.5 mg; Sodium 151 mg; Calcium 81.3 mg.
