Mary's Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients: 4
sweet potatoes 1/4
pound
butter ( 1/2 cup) 1/4
pound
margarine ( 1/2 cup) 2 1/2
cups
sugar 2
eggs 1/2
cup
milk 1
tablespoon
vanilla 1 1/2
tablespoons
nutmeg
baked pie crust
Directions:
Boil sweet potatoes until tender. Peel while still warm. Add butter and
margarine to cooked potatoes. Blend in sugar, eggs and milk. Add vanilla
and nutmeg. Whip with electric mixer and take out strings. Pour into pie
