In medium bowl, stir flour, cornstarch and confectioner s sugar. In a
large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat butter until smooth. Add
flour mixture and beat until combined. Refrigerate 1 hour. Shape into
1-inch balls. Roll in sugar crystals. Place about 1 1/2 inches apart on
ungreased cookie sheets; flatten with bottom of a glass. Bake at 300 for
20 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned.
