Mom's (Deter) Stroganoff
cream of chicken soup
Saute garlic, onions, and ground round. Add salt, pepper, paprika, and soup. Simmer for 5 minutes. When ready to serve, add sour cream, parsley, and rosemary. Serve over noodles.
I've changed this recipe a little. I usually split the recipe to use 1 pound instead of 2 pounds of ground beef, but I still use 1 can of soup. I also use a lot more rosemary and I add that with the salt, pepper, and paprika. Low-carb version: Skip the noodles and serve over steamed cauliflower or use low-carb pasta instead.
