Everyone loves these cookies. Nestle used to have both the butter and shortening in their recipe, and I keep using both because it comes out better. Hello all... Two recipes here. One from Judy the Lurker (grin) from MC-recipe. (We discovered that we live about 20 miles away from each other and met for lunch yesterday. Very fun!) She gave me this wonderful recipe and told me to format and post it if I wanted to. :) The second recipe is what I ended up doing last night since I didn't have all the ingredients for Judy's recipe and sure as heck wasn't going to go back into town at 7:00 pm. :) It was very, very nummy!
