Ingredients: 1

quick-cooking oats 1/3
cup
sifted flour 1/3
cup
brown sugar 1/2
teaspoon
salt 1/3
cup
butter
Directions:
Combine the oats, flour, sugar and salt. Cut in the butter until the
mixture is crumbly. Press it firmly on the bottom and sides of a 9 inch
pie plate. Bake it in a moderate oven (375 oF) for about 15 minutes. Cool
the crust completely and fill it with any desired cream filling.
