Passover Topping for Fruit Pies

Ingredients:
nancy berry (cwbj78a) 1
c
matzoh cake meal 1
c
brown sugar 1
stick
soft butter --
or margarine 1/2
c
pecans,
chopped
Directions:
With fingertips, crumble cake meal, sugar, and butter into a coarse
meal. Stir in the chopped pecans (walnuts also work). Sprinkle evenly
over any fruit pie and bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 45
minutes. You may want to add some cinnamon, nutmeg, or ginger to this
streusel depending upon which fruit filling you choose. FROM: NANCY
