Persimmon pulp 2

Walnuts* (chopped) 2

Flour 2

Raisins 2

Baking powder 2
ts
Baking soda 1/2
ts
Salt 1 1/2
ts
Cloves (optional) 1 1/2
ts
Nutmeg 1 1/2
ts
To 2 teaspoons cinnamon
* any nuts of your choice
-may be used
Directions:
Mix thouroughly: Spoon 2 tablespoons on to cookie sheet. Preheat oven
to 350'. On middle rack bake at 350' until golden brown
(approximately) 15 minutes. Oven temps. may very. Cookies will be
extra soft, but will firm up when cool. This recipe will make about 4
dozen cookies.
