Stick margerine or butter
Cool whip or whipped cream
Instant pistachio pudding
Grease a 13 x 9 pan. Mix 1 stick margerine or butter, 1 1/4 cups
flour, and 1 cup chopped nuts, thoroughly, spreading mixture in pan
and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Now cool it thoroughly.
Soften cream cheese, add the sugar and 1/2 the cool whip. Mix well and
spread on top of the baked nut crust.
Add milk to pudding mix, whip well, then pour over the cream cheese
layer. Top with the remaining cool whip. [end]
