Potato Bud Cookies

Ingredients:
1  c  Margarine
1    Egg
1  c  Sugar
1 1/2  c  Flour
1  t  Coconut flavoring
1 1/2  c  Instant potato buds

Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 10-12 minutes.
