Pumpkin Spice Cookies Butter Busters

1  c  Applesauce
1  ea  Pk DRY Butter Buds mix
1  c  Sugar
1/2  c  Sugar
6  ea  Pk Sweet 'n Low
1/4  c  Egg Beaters
1  c  Canned pumpkin
2  c  Flour
1  t  Baking soa
1  t  Cinnamon
1/4  ts  Ginger
1/4  ts  Cloves
1/2  ts  Lite salt, optional
1  c  Grape Nuts Cereal
3  ea  Tb sugar or sugar
    -substitute cinnamon sugar
1  t  Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375F. Spray 2 cookie sheets with nonfat spray. In a large bowl, blend applesauce, Dry Butter buds, sugar, Egg Beater and pumpkin. Add flour, baking soda, spices and lite salit. Mix well and stir in Grape Nuts. Chill dough 30 minutes. Drop by teaspoofuls onto baking sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes. Topping: combine sugar and cinnamon. Remove cookies to wire racks to cool. While still warm sprinkle with topping. Per sugar serving: 31 cal., 0.1g fat (2%), 0mg chol., 0g fiber, 1g pro., 7g carb., 31mg sod. Per S&L serving: 26 cal., 6g carb.
