Raspberry-chocolate Bars

Ingredients:
1 1/2  cups  all-purpose flour*
3/4  cup  sugar
3/4  cup  margarine or butter, softened
1  package  frozen, (10 ounces)
    raspberries, thawed and
    undrained
1/4  cup  orange juice
1  tablespoon  cornstarch
3/4  cup  miniature semisweet
    chocolate chips
    *Self-rising flour can be used in
    this recipe, omit salt and
    baking soda.

Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, sugar and margarine. Press in ungreased rectangular pan, 13 X 9 X 2 inches. Bake 15 minutes. Mix raspberries, orange juice and cornstarch in 1-quart saucepan. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Cool 10 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips over crust. Spoon raspberry mixture over chocolate chips. Bake about 20 minutes or until raspberry mixture is set. Refrigerate until chocolate if firm. Drizzle with additional melted chocolate if desired. Cut into 2 X 1-inch bars. 48 BARS; 70 CALORIES PER BAR.
