Ricotta Graham Cracker Pie

Ingredients:
1/4  cup  lowfat ricotta cheese
4    graham crackers (2.5-inch squares)
2  tablespoons  raisins
1/2  teaspoon  sugar
1/8  teaspoon  cinnamon

Directions:
Mix all ingredients except 2 graham crackers. (You don't need to crush the graham crackers when you mix them.) Place 1 graham cracker in the bottom of a 1 cup bowl. Spoon ricotta mixture over it. Press the other graham cracker on top. Cover and refrigerate over night. Makes one serving. Nutritional information: 242 calories (17% from fat), protein 11.5 g, fat 4.9 g, carbo 41.2 g, fiber 1.6 g WW: Exchanges: 1PR, 1FR, and 1.5 BR (you can use less g.c. to make it just one bread selection).
