Roach Balls

Author/Submitted by: Cheaper and Better, Shared by Sherilyn Schamber
Servings: 10
Categories: Household / Information

Ingredients:
1  C  Borax
1/4  C  Sugar
1/4  C  Onion, chopped
1  Tbsp  Cornstarch
1  Tbsp  Water

Directions:
** This recipe comes from NY City, one of the cockroach capitals of the world. (I didn't say this people, a direct quote from Cheaper and Better.) Make a paste of ingredients and roll into little balls. To Use: Place 2-3 balls into a sandwich size plastic bag and leave the top open. Place bag anywhere you have a roach problem. Roaches will eat the balls and carry them away. Bugs die at home, away from sight. Borax clogs breathing passages. Note: Make sure you HIDE these bags very THOROUGHLY so that children and pets can't get to them. 50 balls, about 10 applications. Big savings.
