Ingredients:
3  lg  eggs
1  c  sugar
1  c  sorghum syrup or 1/2 cup
    sorghum syrup and 1/2 cup
    light
    corn syrup
1 1/4  c  pecan halves
1    unbaked 9 inch pie shell
    chilled

Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Beat the eggs until they are light and lemon colored. Add the sugar, and beat until the mixture is well blended. Stir in the sorghum syrup and 1 cup of the pecans and pour the mixture into the chilled, unbaked pie shell. Arrange the remaining pecans decoratively on top of the pie and bake on a preheated baking sheet in the lower third of the oven for 1 hour, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
