Slightly dry white bread 1
tb
Cinnamon 1
tb
Vanilla
Or other extract 4

Eggs 2/3
c
Non fat dry milk powder 2
tb
Liquid artificial sweetener
Directions:
Place bread, one slice at a time in electric blender and make into
crumbs.
Turn crumbs into a bowl and add milk and cinnamon.
Beat eggs in electric mixer at low speed until very thick (about 10
minutes) then add sweetener and extract.
Gently fold crumbs and egg mixture together.
Bake in non-stick pan (Size not noted in recipe) at 350 degrees for 25
minutes.
