Strawberry-pineapple Freeze

21  ounces  strawberry pie filling
15 1/4  ounces  unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
14  ounces  low-fat sweetened condensed milk
8  ounces  frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
1/2  cup  flaked sweetened coconut, toasted

Combine first 4 ingredients, stir well. Spoon into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish; cover. Freeze at least 6 hours. Cut into squares; sprinkle each serving with 1 teaspoon coconut. Yield: 24 servings. Selections: 100 C.
