In a bowl, combine the sunflower flour, wheat germ, and granola. Add
the melted butter and mix together.
In another bowl, mix together the beaten eggs, almonds, preserves,

lecithin and oil. Spoon the strawberry-almond mixture over the crumb
crust and top with the remaining crumbs. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool slightly, then cut into 1-inch squares.
