Strawberry Sorbet #2
Ice Cream/Frozen Yogurt
In heavy saucepan boil water and sugar for 5 minutes: do not stir. Add strawberries; cook 5 minutes more. Stir in Lemon juice; cool. Puree. Pour into 13 x 9 pan. Freeze 2 hours; beat until smooth. Repeat freezing and beating. Freeze 8 hours.
