Sugarless Raisin Cookies

3/4  c  Raisins
2/3  c  Water
1  tb  Liquid sugar substitute
1  t  Cinnamon
1/4  ts  Nutmeg
2  tb  Margarine
1    Egg
1  c  Flour
1  t  Baking powder
1/4  ts  Salt

METHOD: Combine raisins, water, sweetener, spices, and margarine in saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook 3 minutes. Cool. Stir in egg. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to fruit mixture and mix well. Drop by spoonful onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven for 9 to 10 minutes until light brown.
