Swedish Christmas Fruit Cookies

Ingredients: 3/4

packed brown sugar 1

granulated sugar 2
eggs,
beaten

soda 1/2

sour cream 3 1/2

all-purpose flour 1/4
cup
cornstarch 1
teaspoon
salt 1
teaspoon
vanilla 1
cup
chopped raisins 1/2
cup
chopped candied cherries 1
cup
chopped candied pineapple 1
cup
chopped nuts
Directions:
Cream butter, add sugar and eggs. Dissolve soda in sour cream. Combine a
mixture of flour, cornstarch and salt. Add half to mixture. Add vanilla,
fruits and nuts and mix thoroughly. Add the rest of flour. Drop by
teaspoonfuls on greased sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
