Tangerinechocolate Icecream Cake

1/2 gal chocolate ice cream slightly softened 1 can (6-oz)
concentrated tangerine juice 1 pkg (6.2-oz) prepared sponge- cake
shell 10 inch in diameter 1 can (11-oz) mandarin oranges in light
syrup drained Sweetened whipped cream for garnish optional Chocolate
syrup for garnish opt.
In large bowl, with electric mixer at low, beat together ice cream and
juice concentrate. Spoon into shallow plastic container, cover and
freeze until firm, about 3 hours. Using ice-cream scoop, scoop ice
cream into spongecake shell. COver loosely with plastic wrap and
freeze until serving time. Just before serving, top with oranges and
garnish with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.
