Tauraso's Blueberry Cobbler (fred Peters)

Ingredients:
1 1/2  c  Flour
1 1/2  tb  Sugar
2 1/4  ts  Baking soda
3/8  ts  Salt
6  tb  Unsalted butter
3/4  c  Heavy cream

Directions:
Filling: 4 1/2 c blueberries 1/3 c sugar 1 Tbsp flour For the Dough: Sift flour, sugar, soda, and salt together, then cut the butter into the mixture. Add the heavy cream, but do not overmix. For the Filling: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter and sugar a baking dish. Toss blueberries, sugar, and flour together so they are well mixed. Place in dish. Roll the dough out to cover the dish and place over the fruit. Bake 35-40 mins. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
