Very Light Cheesecake

Ingredients:
1  Can  Evaporated Milk, chilled
8  Ounces  Cream Cheese
1  Cup  Sugar
1  Lg. Pckg.  Lemon Jello
1  Cup  Water
1    Graham Cracker Pie Crust, 9 Inch

Directions:
1. Whip evaporated milk until peaks form. Cream the cream cheese and sugar.

2. Mix jello with boiling water. Let cool.

3. Combine all ingredients and pour into a graham cracker crust.

Use a 9x13 dish. If you're in the mood for a very light cheesecake, this is it. It's very quick to make and makes for a dessert that you can serve even after a big meal. Hope you enjoy it!
