White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
1  cup  butter, softened
2  cup  packed brown sugar
1  cup  granulated sugar
1  cup  shortening
4    eggs
3  teaspoon  vanilla
6  cups  all-purpose flour
1  Pinch  salt
2  teaspoon  baking soda
1  cup  white chocolate chips

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. In large bowl of an electric mixer, cream together butter, sugars, Crisco all-vegetable shortening, eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Add flour, salt and baking soda. Beat at low speed until soft dough forms. Fold in macadamia nuts and white chocolate pieces with a spoon.

2. Space heaping tablespoons of cookie dough 2 inches apart on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Flatten cookie dough with the back of a spoon. Bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
