Zucchini Cookies

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup zucchini, grated

1 cup nuts

1/2 cup butter, plus 2 tablespoons

3/4 cup sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon lemon juice

---FROSTING--

1 cup powdered sugar

1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg. Add flavoring. Add sifted dry ingredients and zucchini and nuts. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Mix frosting ingredients and frost when cookies are cool.
