Barbara's Chess Pie

Ingredients:

2 whole eggs beaten

1/4 c milk

1 c sugar

1 stick butter, melted

1/2 c brown sugar

1/2 t vinegar

1 tb plain corn meal

1 tb vanilla

1 tb flour

pie crust, unbaked

Directions:
Beat all ingredients with mixer for 5 minutes. Place in uncooked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool before cutting. Barbara Winemiller's favorite chess pie. By KKBG35A RUTH BURKHAR
