Bourbon Street Pie

Ingredients:
    waldine van geffen vghc42a
1  9"  pie shell, or
    crust
1 1/2  c  graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2  ts  sugar
1  t  cinnamon
1/4  c  butter, melted
    filling
1  lg  egg, separated
4 1/4  tb  sugar
3  tb  bourbon
3/4  c  pecans, chopped coarsely
1/2  pt  heavy cream, whipped
1/2  t  vanilla
    cinnamon

Directions:
CRUST-Mix all, put in pan and bake at 325~ for 6 to 8 minutes. Chill before filling. FILLING-Beat white and beat yolk for 1 minute. Combine. Add sugar, bourbon and pecans. Fold in cream and vanilla.
