Broccoli in Hoisin Sauce

canola oil 2
teaspoons
grated ginger root 3
cloves
garlic,
minced

broccoli florets 2
tablespoons
water 1 1/2
tablespoons
hoisin sauce
Directions:
In a large skillet or wok, warm the oil over medium-high heat. Add the ginger and garlic and stir for 10 seconds, or until fragrant. Add the broccoli and 2 T (30 ml) water. Cook, tossing, for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the broccoli is crisp-tender and the water is absorbed. Stir in the hoisin sauce and toss to coat.
