Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients: 1
Pound
Domino Confectioners 10-X Sugar,
(see note)
1/2
Cup
Butter Or Margarine,
softened
1
Teaspoon
Vanilla Extract 3
Tablespoons
Milk
Food Coloring,
optional
Directions:
In large bowl, beat togeter sugar, butter, vanilla and milk until smooth, If neccesary add more milk until frosting is spreading constinency. If desired, add a few drops of food coloring. Stir to blend.
Chocolate Buttercream frosting: Melt 2 squares ( 1-ounce each) unsweetened chocolate over very low heat until just melted. Stir into buttercream frosting.
Note: 1 pound confectioners sugar equals approximately 4 1/2 cups, sifted.
