Ingredients:
    1.00 l Whole milk ricotta cheese
    -(not the stuff y
    500.00 ml Heavy whipping cream
    125.00 g Confectioners sugar
    1.00 tb Vanilla extract
    1.00 ts Almond extract
    2.00 tb Cinnamon (or to taste)
    0.75 c Chocolate shavings (or more)

Fold in sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract and cinnamon. 3. Add chocolate shavings (as you like) but DON'T use chocolate chips beca 4. I usually just buy the shells in a good Ita You can make the cannolli about 3 hours before serving BUT NO MORE. The Difficulty : easy. Precision : measure ingredients.
