Ingredients:
1.00 l Whole milk ricotta cheese

500.00 ml Heavy whipping cream
125.00 g Confectioners sugar
1.00 tb Vanilla extract
1.00 ts Almond extract
2.00 tb Cinnamon (or to taste)
0.75 c Chocolate shavings (or more)
