Chanukah Poppy Seed Cookies

Ingredients:

3 Eggs

1 c Sugar

3/4 c Oil

Juice and rind of 1 orange

4 c Flour

1/4 c Poppy seeds

2 ts Baking powder

Salt

Directions:
Beat eggs. Add sugar, oil, orange rind, and juice. Stir in dry ingredients. Roll out thin and cut into desired shapes. Bake at 350 degrees. Check after 10 minutes. Remove when browned.
