Directions:
Sift together flour, sugar and salt. Place margarine, water and cocoa
in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Pour boiled mixture over flour and
sugar mixture, mixing well by hand. Combine eggs, soda, buttermilk,
vanilla, and cinnamon and add to previous mixture. Pour into 9 x 13
inch pan, or two 8 x 8 inch pans. Bake at 325 degrees, metal pan, or
325 degrees, glass pan, for 25-30 minutes. ICING: Bring to a boil the
margarine, cocoa and milk. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until
smooth.
