Yellow cake mix 1
package
Instant vanilla pudding 1
cup
Milk 3/4
cup
Oil 1
cup
Nuts,
chopped

Eggs 1
package
6 oz. chocolate chips 1
German chocolate bar
Directions:
Mix together cake mix, pudding, milk and oil. Add eggs, one at a time, beating for 5 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips, grated chocolate and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
