Chocolate Chip and Oat Snackin Cake

Ingredients:
Cooking spray 1
c
Lightly packed brown sugar 2/3
c
Margarine softened 3
ea
Egg whites 1
c
Skim milk 2 1/4
c
All purpose flour 2 1/4
c
Quick cooking /regular oats 1/2
ts
Baking soda 1/2
ts
Salt 2
c
(12-oz pkg) semi sweet
-chocolate chips
Orange Glaze (See recipe)
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches,
with cooking spray. Mix brown sugar, margarine and egg whites. STir
in milk. Mix in flour, oats, baking soda, salt and chocolate chips.
Spread in pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until light golden brown and
center feels firm when touched lightly. DO NOT OVER BAKE. Immediately
spread with orange glaze. Cool completely.
