Chocolate De Menthe Squares

Ingredients:
20 1/2  ounces  lowfat brownie mix
1/2  gallon  vanilla low-fat ice cream, softened
1/3  cup  green creme de menthe
1/3  cup  chocolate syrup

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 oF. 2. Prepare brownies according to package directions, using a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until just set (brownies will be fudgy). Let cool completely in pan. 3. Freeze a glass or metal bowl for 30 minutes. Immediately add ice cream and creme de menthe to chilled bowl; stir well. Quickly spread mixture over brownies, cover. Freeze at least 4 hours. Drizzle syrup over mixture; cut into squares. Yield: 24 servings. Selections: 190 C.
