Cool slightly. Beat gelatin mixture into batter. Combine 3/4 cup batter and melted chocolate. Whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold half of whipped cream into chocolate batter and remaining half into vanilla batter. With large spoon, alternately place spoonsfuls of chocolate and vanilla batters into crust until all batter is used. With small spatula or knife, swirl batter to form a marble pattern. Chill for at least 3 hours. Garnish with strawberries and/or pecans.
you can use cookie dough (in grocery store refrigerator case) to make the cookie crust--just pat out dough very thinly on cookie sheet and bake according to the instructions.
