Skim milk -- at room

Egg whites -- whipped 1

Directions:
Preheat oven at 350. Prepare 8 small loaf pans with cooking spray and
flour. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and
salt. In another mixing bowl, combine milk, vanilla, egg whites, and
chocolate. Pour into pans, filling each 1/2 full. Bake for 20 to 25
minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans.
