Cinnamon-apple Pie Parfait

1  cup  light apple pie filling
1/4  teaspoon  apple pie spice
2 1/2  cups  vanilla low-fat ice cream, softened
6  tablespoons  low-fat cinnamon crisp graham cracker
    -- crumbs
    --about 8 crackers

1. Place apple pie filling in a bowl, and coarsely chop apple slices using kitchen scissors or a knife. Add pie spice, and stir well. Spoon 3 tablespoons ice cream into each of 4 parfait glasses; top each with 2 tablespoons pie filling mixture and 1 tablespoon crumbs. Spoon 3 tablespoons ice cream over crumbs, and top with 2 tablespoons pie filling mixture. Sprinkle 1 1/2 teaspoons crumbs over each parfait. Serve immediately or freeze until ready to serve.
