Cobbler

Ingredients:
10  c  Fruit, fresh, frozen or
    Canned, drained
1 1/2  tb  Cornstarch
1  c  Chopped dried fruit
1  c  Juice or water
1    Recipe DROP BISCUITS
2  tb  SWEETENER, optional

Directions:
Dissolve cornstarch and sweetener in juice, then mix with fruit. Pour into a 9x13" baking dish. Mix up the biscuits and drop by tablespoonfuls on top of the fruit. Leave an inch between each spoonful. Let raise 15 minutes. Bake at 350F. for 45 minutes. Note: Ingredients in capital letters refer to either another recipe or a cooking method which can be found elsewhere in the series. Unfamiliar ingredients can be found in most large grocery stores or health food stores.
