Cranberry-orange Cheese Pie

Ingredients:
1/2  cup  cranberry-orange relish
1/2  teaspoon  grated lemon peel
2  tablespoons  flour
1  tablespoon  lemon juice
1  teaspoon  flour
1/4  teaspoon  salt
1    unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1/4  cup  half&half or heavy cream
2  cups  small-curd creamed
    nutmeg
    cottage cheese
1    egg yolk beaten with
2    eggs
1  tablespoon  water
1/2  cup  sugar
1  small  orange, sliced
    mix relish with 1 ts flour, s

Directions:
set aside. In large bowl with mixer or rotary beater beat cheese until amost smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add sugar, remaining 2 tablespoons flour, lemon peel, juice, salt and half-and-half. Beat until well blended. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg. Brush edge with egg-water mixture. Bake on bottom rack of preheated 350 degree oven 50-60 minutes or until filling is firm.
