Chocolate Butter-Cream
-Frosting (below) 1

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Into large bowl, measure all
ingredients except Frosting and pecans; with mixer at low speed, beat
until blended, scraping bowl constantly with rubber spatula. Increase
mixer speed to medium; beat 3 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally,
until well blended.
Drop batter by heaping teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets, about 1 inch
apart. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until cookies are puffy and slightly
cracked on top. Cool. Top cookies with frosting; garnish with pecans.
Makes 48 cookies.
